If you choose a 256/64kbps and 512/128kbps plan you can expect to receive those speeds except in exceptional circumstances of very high network demand when speeds may be slightly reduced.¹

Total Allowance includes both upload and download data and is split into Peak and Off-Peak components. The Peak period starts at 4pm and ends at midnight. The Off-Peak period begins at midnight and ends at 4pm. Once you have used up your allowance in either the Peak or Off-Peak periods, your speed will be reduced to the throttled speed (64/64 kbps) until your next billing period. You may check your usage in the 'My Account' section of the website.^{^}
