4. Changing plan

Reminder that the term of your original plan continues to be extended by the number of days you are On Hold.

9. Replacement of faulty equipment

If you return a piece of faulty equipment, it will only be replaced with the same type of equipment and in the same model, unless it is out of stock.

21. Payment, Interest and Other Charges

If your Services have been terminated due to your credit card being declined, you are responsible for paying any fees which are due for that month and the following month. You will also be required to pay a cancellation fee if you are on a fixed term contract.
