18. Your responsibilities

Your service may be suspended if you incorrectly change the details for the account from which direct debits are made and you will be charged service fees while suspended.

21. Payment, Interest and Other Charges

You will continue to be charged while your service is suspended and you will be responsible for paying any bank fees incurred for administration fees.
