'6 months Half price' promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the supply of our Services and any modem or other equipment you buy from us under the 6 months half price promotion commencing in February 2007 and modify the standard terms and conditions applying to your service which continue to apply in all other respects. Your use of our Services indicates your acceptance of these Terms, and has the same force and effect as if you had actually signed these Terms. If you join up during this period but choose not to participate in the 6 months half price promotion, the standard terms and conditions will apply unmodified.

This promotion is open to customers who purchase a Wireless Modem or Wireless Card and use it to sign up to an Unwired Broadband plan on an 18 month contract between 1st February 2007 and 28th of February 2007 inclusive. It is not available to existing customers, in conjunction with any other offer or on Fast Internet plans. It is also available to people who already have a Modem or Card that is not signed up to any plan as at 31 January 2007. Customers' ability to change plans up or down once per billing month applies to broadband plans only - customers on this contract may not change down to Fast Internet plans.

The first half price month will be provided as follows: we will deduct from the invoice on your 1st invoice half the price of the plan you have selected on join up. The remaining five months of the six months at half price are provided as follows. We will deduct from the invoice for the 3rd month half of the price of the plan fee for the lowest value plan subscribed to during the two months preceding that invoice. For the purposes of calculating the 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th months' invoices the preceding three months will be used. Deductions will not be payable in cash. For the purposes of this promotion the preceding months of the period relevant to the calculation of the half price month deductions conclude on the date that the invoice for the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th months is created, which may be 5 to 7 days before the end of your monthly billing period.

Additional services such as mailboxes, web hosting or excess usage will not be deducted. For example, if you join during the promotion on the Breakaway 512k $49.95 plan on an 18 month contract and change down to the Kickstart $34.95 plan in the second month, one Kickstart month will be half price and the deduction from the invoice for the 3rd month will be $17.48 not $24.98. A change to the On-Hold plan will extend contract length by the period on hold, one On-Hold month will be half price and the deduction from the relevant invoice will be $2.50 only. If you join on the Breakaway 512k $49.95 plan on an 18 month contract and purchase an additional mailbox for $1.20 per month, the deduction from the relevant invoice will be $24.98 not $25.58. Early termination fees will apply to cancellations as set out under plans & pricing and any half price months outstanding at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

Money back guarantee terms and conditions operate as usual. Money back guarantee refunds will not exceed the amount actually paid.
